We met Bradly in October 2021 when he was holding an open house in the Creekbridge Community in Punta Gorda. He was very straight forward and genuine, matter of fact. We bought the house. Then, we immediately put our then-current house on the market in Punta Gorda Isles. We had interviewed four other Realtors and gotten their proposals. We did not think that the others had really paid attention to the details of the comps because they were not suggesting a listing price that was even close to what we had determined from our own research. Bradly was more flexible. He listed it for us at the price that we thought was accurate and Bradly sold it in about 10-days for our asking price with only a concession on appliances. Great experience. Sorry to be about 4-years late in writing this review.
